Certification for this course depends upon scoring 70% or more on short quizzes after each module and short written (one or two paragraph) assignments. The quizzes consist of 10 multiple choice and true/false questions and two three or four sentence short answers. Quizzes are open-book and may be taken more than once. There is no final exam.

These are advanced coaching competencies and are recommended for experienced coaches or counselors or those who have already earned (or are in the process of earning) a career or life coaching certificate or degree.
A series of 3 (3 hours each) live real time zoom webinars. Offered every other month. Usually on Sundays 9am-12pm PST. May also be offered in a three-day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) format.Class size limited to 6 for maximum interaction. (3 days/3 weeks to complete).
