  How will I be graded?

The course is in 6 self-paced online modules. Most students complete it in 6-10 weeks but it can be done in 6 days/6 months/1 year or however you want to pace yourself. Each module has a quiz afterward with 10 multiple choice or true/false answers and 2 very short written paragraphs. There is also a short (2-3 paragraph) written assignment for each module. Quizzes and assignments are open book and quizzes can be taken more than  once. You must acheive at least 70% correct in your assignments..Your will get personalized, individualized email feedback from me after every module, so the course is somewhat interactive. There is an optional phone or video bonus one on one consultation with me about how to break into the career coaching industry and/or how to start or market your own career coaching practice.

When do Career Coaching classes start and how long do they last?

Our ICF Certified Accredited Career Coach™ online self-paced programs are set up for ongoing enrollments, so you can register ANYTIME, any day and begin and end whenever you like, typically in 6-8 week but sometimes as little as 6 days or as much as 6 months. There are no time limits on the programs for completion and no set beginning times. The certificate you earn never expires.

When does the Master Holistic Career and Life Coach classes start?

The ICF Accredited Master Holistic Career and Life Coach™ program is a series of 3 live webinars typically taking place on Sunday mornings U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Our next offering of the classes will be in March and they take place about every other month. This series will be the last series that will be live and we expect to have later classes recorded so that they will also be self-paced online classes that you can take anytime. This certificate also never expires.

Both have the prestige and recognizable name of the ICF behind them.

Do I become an ICF Coach by taking this class? Can the hours be credited to ICF?

At the end of the course you will be CERTIFIED by my company, the Institute for Career Coaching™ as a Career Coach and as a Master Holistic Career and Life Coach and you will have ACCREDITED hours (19 hours for each course) toward a Life Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Our classes give you Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours toward an ICF Life Coach Certification through their Portfolio Path to an ACC (Associate Certified Life Coach). In order to complete their ICF Portfolio Path to Life Coach Certification you need a total of 60 hours to become certified as an ACC. 48 of those hours need to be CCE "Core Competencies" and 12 can be "Resource Development" hours.

The Certified Accredited Career Coach™ program through our company offers 4.75 Core Competency CCE hours and 14.25 CCE Resource Development hours toward your ACC. The Accredited Master Holistic Career and Life Coach™ program offers the same breakdown for an additional 4.75 CCE Core Competency hours and 14.25 CCE Resource Development hours
